Hi, I have a problem. WordPress gives me an error that I can’t figure out. If I have the woocommerce plugin activated when customizing the website, it gives me this fatal error:

  • Hi @fgaesh!

Can you please check if WordPress itself is on the latest version, i.e. v6.1.1.

If it isn’t, please update it to the latest version and try again.

In case this doesn’t help, please share your current System Status Report with us. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

We’ll check and get back to you accordingly.
