WordPress Failure Notice

I apologize if this has been addressed somewhere already.
When on my profile page, I am trying to sync my existing site account to my social networking accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Google, and YouTube.)
Each one of them is giving me a “WordPress Failure Notice” and displaying a message “Are you sure you want to do this?” There is a “Please try again” button, but that brings back the same page.
I’ve had no problem registering new accounts. The problem only arises when trying to sync social networking accounts to existing site account.
Any help would be appreciated!
