The link given contains the screenshot of the error. I imported the yoast SEO plugin data from one website to another & immediately after doing that none of my blogs was opening and instead it was showing a WordPress error. Please help in out in fixing it.

I get the error only when I try to edit one of my blog posts.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @grabsomeinfo,

Sorry to hear that you’re seeing an error. To help us troubleshoot, we’d like to get the following information:

    1. Can you give us more details about how you imported Yoast settings and SEO data into a new site? Did you make a copy of the WordPress database and move it to another domain?

    2. Can you check your PHP error log for any error messages? You can do this by enabling WordPress debugging or contact your web host.

    3. Are all your plugins and themes updated including Yoast SEO (15.9.2)? If not, does updating solve the problem?

    4. Check for conflicts by temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Yoast SEO and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

    Hi,
To start with your first point, I would like to tell you that I used Yoast’s Tools feature of Import/Export to get my data from one site then put it in the new one.

Secondly, WordPress Debugging also didn’t work in anyways for me!

Thirdly, Yes Yoast is on its latest version and still causing the issue.

The last option is also tried and I am still facing the issue.

Is there anything else that can be done to solve it. Thanks for reverting btw.

Did you manage to import SEO data successfully despite you encountered that error? Have you confirmed that? While we are in attempt to gather some more information about the cause of this error, would you be able to provide the error log information from your server? We want to see if there are any PHP errors recorded in the error log which might help us narrow down the cause. You may need to contact your hosting provider for this information.

The error log file is in this link you can access it from above. Please let me know if I have to provide anything else also.

    Hi,

In looking at the error log we see three errors. We have described them below.

A.WordPress database error Table ‘wpad_sbi_instagram_feed_locator’ already exists for query CREATE TABLE wpad_sbi_instagram_feed_locator and other Instagram related errors
While we are not sure if this error is impacting Yoast on your site, if you are using some kind of Instagram plugin we suggest contacting that author for more information regarding that error.

    B. Use of undefined constant TDC_PATH_LEGACY – assumed ‘TDC_PATH_LEGACY’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/orgahdwf/grabsomeinfo.organicbabu.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 109 AND Use of undefined constant TDSP_THEME_PATH – assumed ‘TDSP_THEME_PATH’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/orgahdwf/grabsomeinfo.organicbabu.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 113
It looks like it is coming from a plugin called: td-composer. This plugins seems to be related to TagDiv(?) and/or the theme on the site. We recommend contacting your theme developer for more information.

    C. Uncaught Yoast\WP\SEO\Exceptions\SEMrush\Tokens\Empty_Property_Exception: Token creation failed. Property access_token cannot be empty. in /home/orgahdwf/site_name_here/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/src/values/semrush/semrush-token.php:62
We would like some more information.

1.Looking at the details of the error you’ve sent us, we see that the problem seems to be related to the SEMRush integration in Yoast SEO.

To check, please go to SEO > General > Integrations and turn Off the SEMRush integration. Does the issue resolve? If so, turning the integration Off and then back on will clear the SEMRush token. Does the issue continue to be resolved?

Now that the token has been cleared, you’ll need to reconfigure the SEMRush connection (if you wish to keep using the integration). You can find instructions on how to do so here: https://yoast.com/help/use-semrush-related-keyphrases-in-yoast-seo/.

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. Can you confirm your server has all the right requirements? ?If you are not sure, speak to your host provider.?They may need to increase the PHP memory by doubling or tripling it.?This guide explains more:?https://kb.yoast.com/kb/plugin-requirements/.
