The best way to determine what’s causing this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Also I had once redirected the subdomain (https://learn) to another direction which I installed WordPress (/learnn)

I later deleted the directory and installed WordPress on the subdomain.

I think the directory file in CPANEL could be a cause of the issue as well.

But I don’t know how to locate it to delete it.

That will be best to be checked with your hosting provider, usually cPanel directories are available from the File Manager and the WordPress install from the /home folder> the domain name.

You should be able to locate any active WordPress installs from the wp folder and more specifically the wp content or wp includes.

The way your host will list this is different from one company to another. If you are also using cPanel, do review the redirects section from the account to make sure there’s no domain redirections there or anything included in your .htaccess file.

We do not provide support for the above, I recommend reaching out to your WebHost first.
