WordPress error log: wc_doing_it_wrong

    Hi AfterPay devs,

    I have come across the following error (multiple times) in my server error logs. Reading through it, am I correct in assuming it’s related to the AfterPay plugin? And if so, is it something that can be addressed?

    WC_Checkout->posted was called incorrectly. Use $_POST directly. Backtrace: require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), do_action('template_redirect'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, WC_AJAX::do_wc_ajax, do_action('wc_ajax_checkout'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, WC_AJAX::checkout, WC_Checkout->process_checkout, WC_Checkout->create_order, apply_filters('woocommerce_create_order'), WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, WC_Gateway_Afterpay->override_order_creation, WC_Checkout->__get, wc_doing_it_wrong. This message was added in version 3.0.0., referer: https://www.domainname.com.au/checkout

    I also have this issue and my AfterPay order line is empty but order has gone through successfully!!! i need this issue resolved ASAP.

    Thanks for raising this item. The deprecation notice reported above has been addressed in the latest version of the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin (v2.0.4). Please look out for the update coming soon via the standard update interface within the WordPress admin.

    What you have described above suggests a separate item – a conflict with a third party plugin. It’s been reported that some plugins attach custom meta data to order line items, which may create challenges when Afterpay is the selected payment method. These challenges have also been addressed in the latest version of the plugin (v2.0.4). Please stand by for an update in the next few days.
