WordPress error

  • The file /home3/thefiuf1/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php already exists. Please manually delete it before using this plugin.

    This massage is showing in my dashboard, I can not do anything please help me out..
    I can not see any page in my dashboard, I mean I can not edit anything at any page, in all pages that given massage are shown.
    I have two plugin as wp optimized and wp super cache, But problem that I can not see any page that I can remove any plugin

  • You can try deleting the advanced-cache.php file from the /wp-content directory by using either an FTP client like FileZilla or your host’s cPanel. You may want to download a copy of that file to your computer, first, in case it turns out that you need that file.
