WordPress error

Please help..I have done all I can that I know of, deactivated all plugins, reactivated. For some reason this funky white screen with the below error is showing up and causing my contact for to act up.
3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/mysite13/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php.
