• hi guys,

really weird problem i can’t fix even though trying quite some time with 20 years of wp experience. on a customers website i see all images in the media library. i see them on alomost any page when i add media > library. just on SOME pages when trying to insert an image only 15 out of 250 total are shown, the rest is inaccessible. i already tried disabling all plugins. switched theme. insepcted functions.php. checked the page properties of a page working and one not working: all the same. any idea how to fix this?

    cheers

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I suspect a script error of some sort. Check your browser console for any errors logged after freshly opening one of the problem pages for editing. Any errors seen now could indirectly affect the media library. If no errors, open the media library, then check for errors again. Any errors will need to be resolved.

Another thing to check is the server responses. Again freshly open an editing session of a problem page so the library cache is cleared. Open your browser’s network developer tool. Clear anything already logged (it’s normally empty when freshly opened). Open the media library, then in the network dev tool check for any response statuses that are not 200. If there are any non-200 statuses, you could have an issue with the server itself.
