wordpress dropdown is not working in dashboard

    I installed the plugin and tried to solve the error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” The plugin Redirect Rules section. I saw this thread for the same.
    After trying this my WordPress dashboard dropdowns are not working. but it’s working while I am in the redirect plugin dashboard.

    From what I can see from the screenshot, at least 2 plugins on your site are not open-source and are paid-only so, unfortunately, it’s impossible for us to test our plugin with them and see what the problem is.

    Have you tried disabling all plugins except ours? Does it work then?
