WordPress Download Monitor conflicts with Contact Form 7

When I try to upload a file during post writing and I hit the arrow icon of Download Monitor I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_tag_generator() in /XXX/waloraweb074/b1670/XXXX/htdocs/clients/paulistafutebolclube/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/text.php on line 152

I have not foound any fix for this issue.
