WordPress Download Manager uninstall

  • I have romoved this plugin but i till have ahm tables in my database:
    ahm_files
    xxx_ahm_download_stats
    xxx_ahm_emails
    xxx_ahm_filemeta
    xxx_ahm_files
    Can I safely remove it by phpmyadmin? ( I need to celan up database)
