WordPress does not update plugins

  • Every time I try to update my website, I receive the message – The connection with procon.jaboatao.pe.gov.br was refused.

    I really don′t know what to do. So please tell me how to proceed to solve this issue.

  • Hi,
    I am guessing but since this is a government website I am going to ask if your website is behind a firewall that is blocking access to the plugin sites. You might have to update each plugin manually using FTP.

    I have to think if there is not I can do to solve it? Some PHP line or .htaccess instructions?
