WordPress DB hidden in MAMP server?

  • I have installed WordPress and locally hosted my site with MAMP on my Mac. Now when I try to export my db from the phpMyAdmin tab in MAMP it does not seem to contain any tables. The database drop down states “WordPress (11)” then directly underneath “WordPress (0)”. Please help?
