My webhost sent me an email stating that this error, WordPress database error Unknown column ‘autoload’ in ‘field list’ for query SELECT name, val, autoload FROM [MYPREFIX]_wfConfig, occurs very often. I went into the database and noticed this column does not exist. I then went in and checked Wordfence’s install sql and saw this column should NOT be in there. So, why is this error happening if the table is correct? I ran diagnostics and everything came back OK except for the tmp and wfcache folders not being writable, which I fixed. The wfConfig table check came back OK.

    Thanks,
    ~Steve

Follow up: I chose the option to delete the tables on deactivation, I deactivated then activated and that table is now fixed.
