WordPress Database Error: Duplicate Entry IP?

    When I click through all the menu items in the plugin, I see the following error at the top of each page:

    WordPress database error: [Duplicate key name ‘ip’]
    ALTER TABLE mkv13_redirection_404 ADD INDEX ip (ip)

    I tried searching and cannot find any info on this error or fix.

    It seems you’ve got the plugin in a strange state. Probably the easiest way to recover is to export all your redirects as JSON, press the ‘delete plugin’ on the plugin options page, and then re-activate it. This will clear all your Redirection database tables and you can then re-import your redirects and start over again.
