• I visited my site today, https://www.thetruthaboutcreditcards.com and found these error messages next to each post entry:

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]

    INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (’59’,’_utw_tags_0′,’a:0:{}’)

And upon creating a new post, I got this error:

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]

    INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (’59’,’_pingme’,’1′)

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]

    INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (’59’,’_encloseme’,’1′)

I haven’t changed nor edited the site since they happened. The last time I visited the site everything was fine, and today the error message appeared. So it wasn’t anything I created. Please advise on what I can do to resolve this. Thank you!

  • I am having this exact error. Anyone have any answers?

I get this message since one hour:

    Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at rdbms.strato.de. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
