WordPress database error Duplicate column name

    My host provider forwarded me some logs showing some errors that he thinks are linked to Duplicator (here you are an example below). I would like to know what I am doing wrong and how to correct this….

    “Thu Jul 28 09:42:20.844788 2016] [fcgid:warn] [pid 26058] [client 188.11.227.115:29279] mod_fcgid: stderr: WordPress errore sul database Duplicate column name….“

    I had never had before, I uninstalled and installed the plugin but the problem persists.
    I installed a previous version of the plugin but the problem
    persists!

    What can i do?

    What problems are you experiencing with the plugin, is it not even activating are you unable to create a package?

    no… I can not create the package because I am blocked from the error 500 ??

    This is the error:

    “Scan Error
    Please try again!
    Server Status: 500 -Internal Server Error
    Error Message: (empty field)”

    That is a bit odd… You might try to manually remove any of the Duplicator tables from the database and try the install again. If the issue persists feel free to submit a ticket and refer to this thread…
