I’m seeing this messages a LOT for virtually all our sites using the plugin. Is it for the plugin? If so, please advise on how to resolve it. Thank you.

Hello rbarron, thank you for using our plugin.

These type of errors are usually related to caching, when other plugins or components leave the sql in an inconsistant state or out of memory. In fact there is nothing custom here, the plugin is using a standard WordPress core function to read a setting, but this error is showing up.

Can you please try disabling any caching or security plugins that you have and confirm if this improves the situation?

By the way, the setting the plugin is trying to read is of a Premium feature, so I am presuming you are using the Premium plugin. If this is the case, please send us an email at [email protected] for support. These forums are reserved to the users of the free edition.

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

    Robert,

    Appreciate the reply, thank you.

We’re using the free version. How do we disable these premium features from running?

    Hello rbarron,

It is strange that you have that setting configured when using the Free edition. Can you please send us the system information file via email at [email protected]? This file includes information about your website and our plugin’s setup so we can better understand how it is configured. Please do not share it on public forums. You can get the system information file from the?System Info?tab in the?Help & Contact Us?section in the plugin.

Apart from the above, did you try disabling any cache and security plugins you might have? Did it help?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
