WordPress database error

    Hello,

    I keep getting the following error:

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘id’ in ‘field list’]
    INSERT INTO r8bg_cleantalk_sfw_logs SET id = ‘9b9ab6d4446a3593eb6d51465e5ba8f7’, ip = ‘75.35.219.xxx’, status = ‘PASS_SFW’, all_entries = 1, blocked_entries = 1, entries_timestamp = ‘1595997771’ ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE all_entries = all_entries + 1, blocked_entries = blocked_entries, entries_timestamp = ‘1595997771’

    What steps can I take to fix this?

    Hello,

    Could you try to deactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option:

    1. Enter to the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)

    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

    4. Then delete it.

    5. Install the latest version from the WordPress repository.

    Please, deactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” setting enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Entrer to the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (Wordrpess Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on “Plugins” page in Wordrpess Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
    6. Press button “Get key automatically”
