WordPress dashboard not showing up

Despite applying all that is mentioned in the forum here,dashboard is not showing up , checked the error in the console it says
Failed to load resource: the serverhttps://www.mytravelmemoirs.com/wp-admin/ responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

What could be the problem??
