WordPress Dashboard Cut-off at Top

I am totally 100% stumped by this.

the very top portion of my WordPress dashboard is being cut off – but ONLY in Chrome and ONLY on my desktop … it works just fine on the same browser on an older laptop.

I have absolutely no idea what could even potentially be causing this problem – but it’s driving me a little crazy. Does anyone even have any idea what I would look into for this?

(my Chrome is synced across computers, so I’m using all of the same settings in both the laptop and desktop)
