WordPress Dashboard Broken

Pretty much thats what I see when I load the daskboard, as you can see I am not getting the latest news, however the other install of wordpress on my server can see the latest feeds fine. Whats gone wrong here and how can I fix it? I have already had a look through all the admin code and can’t see any explenation for it, and I replaced every wordpress file with a fresh install. Only thing thats old is the database.
