WordPress Custom Theme Issue

    I have created a custom theme in WordPress. Its working fine in Localhost but whenever I am testing it in live environment it is showing below errors.

    1. Whenever a page is created, it shows blank screen at that time, once I click the back button and refresh it works fine.

    2. Unable to activate any plugin

    3. Once we logout of the website, we are unable to login with the same ID / Password again.

    Kindly help me with this case, I checked with many options but don’t know what to do now ??
