WordPress, CSS, & PHP Programmer Needed

I am looking for a wordpress expert that can help me make my sites redesign happen. I am a designer, know what i want, and can lay it out. I need someone who can actually build it and work through the code aspect.

This is not a work for free project. It may involve some hacking since I am not really sure what the limitations of the application are by default. If you are interested please contact me at the following email.
