• I have many websites which started giving error while access /wp-admin ERROR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Then i checked wordpress has created some .htaccess file in my wp-admin and wp-content which was causing the issue.
I checked there is no security plugin installed.

So anyone has idea or faced similar issue in the past why this would happen ?

No — WordPress does not create .htaccess in wp-admin by default.

It likely created a plugin or theme.
