    when a user is redirected to the smartphone dialer by tapping on the phone number link/icon, then decides not to go ahead with completing the call & instead taps the back button on his/her smartphone, will “Popup Builder – Responsive WordPress Pop up” allow us to create a pop up (with a message or photo) that overlays the website and can be closed out by the user after seeing it?
