I want to evaluate MailPoet but when I try to activate the plugin I get a 500 error on all pages across my site. It’s definately this plugin as all works correctly when I rename the plugin folder. Any idea why or how to find out why it crashes my site?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Latest version 4.17.1 is also breaking my site with the following error:

Can you check if it is the same issue for you?

A rollback to 4.17.0 did not help for me. I have the plugin deactivated for now.

    Hi there @marcuscent ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

but when I try to activate the plugin I get a 500 error on all pages across my site.

Could you please try Re-installing / Updating the Plugin via FTP using the latest version and see if it helps?

If it doesn’t, please reach out to your hosting company, they will be able to help you check the server error logs for more info.

Then reach back to us and we’ll try to point you in the right direction.

    Cheers!
