WordPress Crash after installing SU 4.7.0 !!!

    Hi
    I’ve upgraded to 4.7.0 and my wordpress crashed. Both frontend and admin panel don’t load (everything remains blank).
    Renaming the plugin with another name fixed the crash problem, but now If i delete and install the old version of UL, the problems remain the same.

    I also tried removing other installed plugins, but it keep crashing.

    How can i fix this ?

    My WordPress version is 3.8.1.

    Hi,

    I can’t help you but I had exactly the same problem with WP 3.7.1. I tried to install again the plugin but I can’t activate it.

    Is it possible to get any suggestion by the author ? I mean, there should be a way to contact him. Otherwise, why they call this page ‘support’ ?
    I’m experiencing this problem since a week and I don’t know how to fix this. Also my technician have no idea, since we don’t know if the plugin create entries or add values inside the SQL database.

    Hi,
    weeks passes, and I never got any response from the plugin author.
    People should think carefully before installing a free plugin, because if a problem happens, in some cases like mine, no one will help. Not even in the dedicated support forum.
