I have managed WordPress through Godaddy. I have an https site and no errors show on the latest version of the airstory plugin. I have installed ver 1.1.4. On my airstory app my WordPress site is showing but when I publish to it I get a red box with ‘WordPress could not be reached’ error. Can anyone help please?

    Hi @dd12,

Could you please share the domain of the WordPress site you’re trying to publish to? If you’d rather not post it publicly, you can email me at sgrunwell [AT] liquidweb [DOT] com and I’d be happy to take a look!

Hi, I recently open an account and install the plugin everything is ok except this error : “WordPress REST API” is with an X, and in the application I have this error ” WordPress could not be reached” please help

With regard to Airstory, my site is https as required.
I also had the ‘WordPress could not be reached’ error.
I Deactivated all of my plugins bar Airstory, and Airstory then worked perfectly. I then reactivated the plugins one by one until the error re-occurred. It was an anti-spam plugin blocking the connections.

@dd12, do you happen to have the name of the anti-spam plugin? I’d love to document that somewhere and/or try to work with the plugin developer to whitelist Airstory.

@vitalevolutiondesigns There are a few potential causes for connectivity issues (including anti-spam plugins, as @dd12 noted above), and they can vary based on the target site. If you don’t mind, please open a fresh support forum topic along with the details of the Airstory system info report (available under the “Get Support” heading on the Tools > Airstory page within WP Admin). If you’d prefer to not post that publicly, you may also email me: sgrunwell [AT] liquidweb [DOT] com.

Steve, the plugin blocking airstory was WP-SpamShield.
