WordPress Core update not available

I have several WP blogs I manage and have updated 2 but the other one seems to be stuck in an old version and there is no link to update. All I see in the dashboard is “You are using WordPress 3.5.1.” All plug ins have been updated etc. but this blog has no way to do the update. I do not have a plugin that disables the checking for updates so I am not sure why.
