WordPress Contact Form 7 forms not going to respective emails

  • Hi can you please tell me what email I should enter in the From Email Field of the SMTP settings ?
    My Contact Form 7 settings are From: <[email protected]>
    I entered this in WP SMTP settings and it is not working.
