WordPress Commnets to Twitter?

I’m looking for a plug-in that will post an update to Twitter every time a new comment is posted on my blog.

For example, Barry visits my site and looks at a post called ‘Super Amazing Words and Stuff’ and leaves a comment. I’d really love for WordPress to then post something like “Barry has just commented on ‘Super Amazing Words and Stuff’ – https://tinyurl.com/abcde”.

Is this possible? Is there a plug-in out there that will do this?
