WordPress comments on Facebook Group

  • I have a WordPress blog dedicated to “digital color”. At the end of every post there is a space dedicated to user comments. So far so normal.

    I have also a Facebook group dedicated also to “digital color”.

    Now I want to substitute the comment area in WordPress posts with a link to my Facebook group, so that the user can post his comment on the Facebook group. The user must be aware that it is being transferred to Facebook.

    How can you do this? The is a plug-in or a code or what else that I can use?
