The export function creates the CSV with the headers and columns but no content.
Import of the same file results in an error message – Ajax error
I am using both Firefox and Chrome.
I have tried every combination of date and post.
Wordpress Export tool works fine and comments are imported with the WordPress Import.

  • i have tried reproducing it in my test site (wordPress:4.6, php:7, woocommerce:2.6.7). But it works fine there. Please mail to [email protected] for further investigation.

Does it require woocommerce to work? I am not using woocommerce. Just WordPress 4.7. Posts are created with the Divi theme.

This plugin doesn’t require WooCommerce to work. We have fixed the issue you faced while exporting in our latest version. Please check and let us now.

    Hi devqa,

Update your comments import export plugin to new version 1.0.3. This was completely tested in WordPress 4.7 without WooCommerce. If any issue you found, send us for the further plugin update.
