WordPress Comment Pagination Not Working

I recently had a post with a over 3000 comments, so I tried to implement comment pagination and it doesn’t seem to be working. Anyone have any advice, here’s the page in question:

If you click on another page of comments at the bottom, the comments shown in the post do not change.
