WordPress comment hooks are not working

    I have lots of client website developed under wordpress, I like WordPress as a web development CMS. But Hooks under wordpress are not so powerfull. And some of those are not working. Even i searched regarding cooment hooks but no any solution . We use to provide [link removed]
