WordPress.com toolbar settings not visible

    The WordPress.com is always visible and can’t be removed

    In the “Jetpack?→?Settings?→?Writing“, the section “WordPress Toolbar” is not visible.

    I use an admin account, and I can’t get rid of the wordpress.com toolbar.

    I moved this site out of WordPress.com, and it works, but this toolbar is always visible and I want to get rid of it

    If I disconnect JetPack from WordPress, my site doesn’t work since it needs some special blocks.

    Any idea?
