wordpress.com site owner deceased

The website owner of multiple wordpress.com (and .org) accounts is deceased. I am the webmaster but before passing away she lost control of her .com login. How do we go about regaining access to the wordpress.com websites? Her family is working to preserve her writings and is trying to work with her online following. We had a back door in through one of the .org websites but I accidentally broke the connection logging into WooCommerce for someone else. The site listed above is just one of many.

Support for this sort of thing should be easier to locate.
