PayPal buttons not working

I made a form, it didn’t work so I made a very simple form and even that doesn’t work. It’s just a currency field and a PayPal field but nothing happens when you click on the PayPal buttons. Nothing relevant is showing up when I look at the debug report. Here’s an export of the form:
