• In setting up Jetpack recently I was brought to WordPress.com’s “My Sites” page. That page seems malformed to me. In the upper left it always says “Loading My Sites…”. There is a gray box to the left of that text that is gently pulsing as if waiting for something.

I believe there are three sites linked to WP.com over the years. Each is hosted on an internet provider, not WP.com. There is on WP.com’s “My Sites” page a table with three rows perhaps mapping to each of those sites. But all rows are empty of data.

I’ve tried from one site using Jetpack to remove my site from WP and add it back. But I get the notification that the site is managed from another account, which I don’t have. So I’m stuck as to why this page is unable to load my sites and let me work on them.

    Any ideas?

  • hi

Do you have back end access .you have cpanel details.
then check the files and scan any malware’s in the files.
or deactivate all plugins then run..
    or
    sent the site link

    Thanks
