    Hi there!

Can you reliably trigger this error? If you can, does it trigger when only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Services is active on a default WordPress theme?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Best,

    Ross

This is the first time it has happened. We use a Woocart theme

    Hi @chealsie ,

Is that error still happening? If so, is there an aspect of WooCommerce Services or other part of WooCommerce that is having trouble? There are couple things you can check to help locate more about the source of the issue.

WooCommerce Services has logging available under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services. If you activate logging, new debugging information will appear in the Debug area, and the WooCommerce logs under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs that will help give more context for what WooCommerce Services is doing at the time of the error. If the information below doesn’t help resolve the issue, feel free to share the log information, so we can check for any potential causes.

Do you happen to also have the WooCommerce Admin plugin installed? If so, do you still get this error with WooCommerce Admin deactivated? Most of the functionality of WooCommerce Admin is now included in the core WooCommerce plugin, so you should be able to deactivate that and make it work.

The reason @rossviviano asked about your plugins and theme is that this can sometimes be caused by a conflict with another plugin or the site’s theme. If you switch to the Storefront, or a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, Jetpack, and WooCommerce Services, is the error still happening? If so, it’s likely there’s a conflict. You can switch back to your main theme, then activate one plugin at a time. Check for the error after each activation. Once the error returns, you’ll know where the conflict is occurring. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know what you find out!

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!
