After updating the Elementor plugin to version 3.12.0, the WordPress cart widget stopped functioning and appeared as a blank space. Despite upgrading to version 3.12.1, the issue persisted, and no errors were found in the error logs. Unfortunately, we cannot revert to an older version of Elementor due to security vulnerabilities. Can you please provide advice on how to resolve this issue?

  • @problematichild Same issue in our website as well. Woocommerce cart widget is empty, just like an empty box. This happened after latest update.

    Hi

Can you please send me a link to your site?

After last update 3.12.1, same problem also on our website. Woocommerce cart and minicart completely blank.

    From Elementor.com

Issue: If a third party theme has a mini cart feature and the Elementor mini cart is disabled, the theme mini cart will show as empty even if it contains products.

Solution: Rollback to Elementor Pro version 3.11.7 until a fix is released.

    Hi

This is a known issue and our developers are aware of this issue, and a fix is being worked on to address the problem. Please keep an eye on changelogs –?https://elementor.com/help/changelog-of-elementor/?where you can track all the latest updates and fixes. As a workaround, you can try with Cart Type – Mini Cart instead of the side cart and check if that will look better. Currently, there is no other solution, but the developers are working on this and the fix will be released in the upcoming updates.
