WordPress Capability

I have a website using my own code and not cms. I want to convert the database into wp and use wp for it, but i need to know WP capability.
For now, there’s about 700000 post and grow about 1000-3000 /day.
Visitor about 50000 /day (not including bot).
in the webstat, there’s about 125-200 visitor online.
I’m using VPS with max. 50 cpu proccess/sec and MySQL query max. 40 query/sec.
I’m affraid if wp will get problem with MySQL because there are more then 2 MySQL query in a wp page.

I will greatly appreciate any comments and information that you can help me with.
