WordPress Cant Make Post/Page

    its something with the plugins but its not one

    it mite mostly have to do with WP Super Cache, disabled by itself it still does it, no posts. but if i disable these plugins with the cache plugin i can make a post. but the wordpress menu doesnt work

    i just updated this plugin on another blog and the same thing, correct it

    i use php 5.6 and i cant make posts

    i use php 7 and i can, but i cant use version 7 because of other sites

    Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Try to activate a standard WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Try to deactivate all of your plugins except Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
