• I have been having trouble with my latest posts displaying on my homepage at https://sammichespsychmeds.com. The latest post is from last night, Jun 29, but it’s showing Jun 25. After changing my theme, I notice the home page still reflects my old theme. I have since switched back to the old theme, disabled W3 Total Cache, cleared my browsing cache and cookies, and the problem still persists. It also persists on my husband’s tablet, my smart phone, and our desktop, so the issue is not with my computer — it’s with WordPress. Help resolving this issue is much appreciated.

    After changing my theme,

    change to which theme?

disabled W3 Total Cache, cleared my browsing cache and cookies, and the problem still persists.

    – there may be server cache at play. Have discussed this with your hosting provider?

    – Also try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).

Thank you. I changed from Runway Theme to another Genesis theme, but the home page still reflected the Runway theme. My hosting company is adamant the issue is not on their end. They have been messing with my PHP, so I’m going to contact them again. I’m not sure how to reset the plugins folder myself. Is there a tutorial somewhere online I can follow? (Minimally tech savvy here.)
