    Hey,

I’m a tech noob & don’t have much of a clue when it comes to coding, I’ve set up my website using Tyler’s guide on Youtube, Im using the Tesseract 2 theme with the free Beaver builder Plugin,

Im happy with everything but two small issues with the Mobile device version,

    1) I can’t get the 2 Buttons & Logo centre aligned on the homepage when viewing it on Mobile devices, I have duplicated Layers and re-alligned the buttons/Logo but On my mobile device the buttons are far Left & on top of each other

my 2nd issue is) In my ” About” Page, My social media icons are vertically aligned, I’ve tried making them smaller but I want the 4 Icons in one Line.

You can check the site out for yourself “www.Allylaw.co.uk”

Any help would be much appreciated,

    Thanks

  • Hi there–I tried to visit your website, but it’s only showing a “Coming Soon” message, which means I can’t see the issue you’re having. Can you disable that message so I can take a look?

    Hi Alex,

Sorry I didnt realise I had it on – Its deactivated now,

    Thanks

Hmm…in regards to the button alignment, it looks like the alignment is hard-coded in the CSS.

I don’t have any experience with the Beaver Builder plugin. Does it allow you to add a CSS class? If so, try adding fl-button-center in that field.

Ahhh, I really have no idea, where abouts would I find out if I was able to add a CSS class?

    Cheers

When you go to edit either button, what screen shows up? From what I’ve looked at in the Beaver Builder demo, there should be some sort of settings dialog box that pops up, and the CSS classes are a field listed under the Advanced tab.

    Hey Alex,

Yes Ive found the “CSS CLASS” tab under the advanced tab, Ive just added “fl-button-center” in that field on both buttons but nothing has changed when viewing it on the mobile device ??

    Thanks

Sorry that didn’t work. Have you tried reaching out to Beaver Builder Support directly? It looks like they have a separate support forum available at https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/beaver-builder-support/. At this point, I’m not sure what else to suggest, since the visual editor they use is much different than the regular WordPress setup.

    Hi alex,

    Thanks for trying to help,

The beaver builder support system hasn’t been much help, They suggested I add a code to my CSS which I’ve added & is still no help,

Would you happen to know the best way to set up my own website, as you can see its only a simple website but I dont know anything about coding hence why I used beaver builder with the tesseract theme,

I could start again if you knew an efficient way for me to do so?

    Cheers.
