WordPress Bug or Custom Community- Page ID Numbers Mixing up

  • Hello,

    I had a problem so I rebuild most of the pages and am running into the problem again.

    Somehow the pages ID Numbers are getting mixed up. I will be working on a page ID number 1745. Making several changes, view and edit back and forth then all of a sudden when I go to edit it, it shows all the code for page ID Number 48.

    I can go to view all pages in the dashboard then VIEW 1745- it’s there, EDIT its the other page. The Edit history is the history for the wrong page.

    So where does my page keep going?

    I have a short code for the slider, and it seems to stop a page from the slider, so I redo the page with a new id number and can add it back it, later it will drop another.

    This is pretty frustrating. Any help?

    It is my churches page and we wanted it up for Easter.

    that’s strange for sure, but not really theme releated.
    its like you have more than one page with the same title?
    clear your trash as well and see if this helps.

    Hello, It was a conflict with Simple Facebook Connect I am 100% sure. Turned all the plugins off and switched themes
    then set this theme back up- no problem
    set the plugins up one on at a time this was the problem
    Set this plugin up on another theme and it was okay

    I will switch it to resolved for now, but I sure liked the plug-in and the theme
