WordPress Broken after Domain Move

Alright… I have my primary wordpress deployment at https://www.geo-learn.com

I cloned the wp core and files to a subdomain folder on same server, with a different domain (https://wpsandbox.geospatial-associates.com, updated wpconfig to point to a cloned db copy instead of original db, and updated wp options table to define wordpress home folder and site url as the new subdomain url.

Still something is not right. all the sub link pages on this domain still point to the geolearn coorisponding pages. how do i overcome this?
