WordPress books

Hi everyone,

Lately I started programming a bit for WordPress but I really feel the need to have some sort of tutorial / book (I prefer books but any help would be nice).

My goal would be to create a WordPress theme from scratch (like really 0).
I started programming in PhP +/- 3 month ago, so I have the basics.
Mostly the information I need would be about custom post types, the walker, the loop, custom galleries …etc.

I followed this tutorial for some time :

…but I think I need more details. ^^

Does anyone knows some good books (eventually also tutorials) on those subjects ?
