WordPress blogging Theme

Hi,

Most of the famous blogs use “Custom Themes” which means, those themes are built exclusively to be used on a particular blog. They are not available to download.

Yes you can. WordPress has a large number of themes (Both free & paid). You can browser free themes here. If you have a specific layout in mind and you have no idea how to achieve it, I’d suggest you to hire someone who would do it for you. ??

Asking what is the best theme/plugin/hosting company/domain registrar is not the best way to ask for help (I was going to say that the question is the stupidest thing you could ask).

What features do you want for your theme? one sidebar, two sidebars? slider? social media icons, etc…

Copying the theme of HuffingtonPost, other newspapers, facebook, twitter and so forth will get you in trouble.

I remember at one time there were themes that made the theme look like facebook and twitter. Those themes are not there any longer by the way.
